GHBS will celebrate its 19th anniversary during the 2023-2024 season!

On Thursday, November 2, 2023, it will be 95 years since GHBS was founded. A number of students from that time founded the Municipal Higher Civic School. They could not have imagined that almost a century later the association still exists, and how!

'Together GHBS', that is what we would like to convey in the coming lustrum year. At a club we need each other. For the hockey game you work together with your teammates to outsmart the opponent. On and around the field you keep it fun and sporty together; everyone included from players, trainers/coaches, referees, parents to the real hockey fans. The existence of surrounding hockey clubs brings together athletes from the entire region. And not entirely unimportant; a club like GHBS cannot do without its volunteers. Finally, young and old - with all our previous generations - make the club GHBS of today. Each of them deserves a party. Together we will make it an unforgettable lustrum year!

• exciting activity for the youngest youth
• birthday party opening of lustrum, organized by D13
• Saturday, November 4, 2023:
• daytime party at GHBS
• Silent Disco for the juniors (for 012 014), with help from O16 and O18
• Sunday, November 5, 2023:
• From 4pm TD, organized by H1 and D1
• Friday, February 2, 2024:
• Lustrum Gala at an external location, also for alumni
• Saturday February 3, 2024:
• Sports activities (e.g. Padel Tournament for 016 018)
• Saturday June 15, 2024:
• Final day youth
• Saturday June 22 or 29, 2024:
• Family tournament, organized by H1
• Date to be determined 2024:
• opening of new clubhouse with all kinds of activities
