KEY MANAGEMENT (under club/documents/general)


FIELD AND CANTEEN SERVICES SCHEDULE


FIELD SERVICE INSTRUCTION


BEFORE THE MATCH(S)

  • Flags placed on all corners of fields 2 and 3 (located in the right changing room of changing room building D).
  • Open changing rooms. Key with red button hangs on GHBS key ring.
  • After opening the door, put the key back in the key box next to the kitchen door.
  • Prepare the bin with cones for the youngest youth competitions.


DURING THE MATCHES (APPLIES TO ALL FIELD SERVICES)


Competition Schedule (TIMELY START OF THE MATCHES)

  • There is an overview for the field service showing which team plays on which field and field section.
  • Team reception: coaches direct to the correct field and changing rooms.
  • COACHES AND MANAGERS ARE ADVISED TO START TIMES AT START TIME;
  • Reception of referees: provide them with a whistle if necessary and answer any questions.
  • REFEREES ARE ADVISED TO START THE COURT AT THE STARTING TIME
  • COMPETITION AND TO OBSERVE THE PRESCRIBED BREAK TIMES.
  • The break times are:
  • Break after the 1st and 3rd quarter is 2 minutes.
  • At half time, after the second quarter, there will be a 5-minute break.
  • A box of whistles is available for those who do not have a whistle.
  • Check that all matches start on time; if they do not start on time, urge referees and coaches to start the matches.


Youngest Youth Competitions

  • Provide pawns to the managers (approximately 25 for the O8 teams and approx. 10-12 pieces for O9 and O10 teams).
  • After the game, collect the cones and put them back in the bin.
  • When all the youngest youth competitions are over, lock the bin and put it back in the equipment shed.


Flutes

  • Check that all referees who have been set up are present/are whistling.
  • If the referee does not show up, call the numbers of the referees who have been assigned. These are on the overview. Ask if they are coming urgently.
  • If this is not possible, ask the parents of the playing team or other people present to whistle.


Field lighting

  • Where applicable, the managers of the teams have been invited to download an app to turn on the lights. They have also been given a manual explaining the system.


AFTER THE LAST MATCHES (LAST FIELD SERVICE TASK)

  • Bring in the corner flags and place them in the right changing room of changing room building D.
  • If furniture has been placed outside during the matches, please put it back inside.
  • Clear away litter (cans, bottles, water bottles) from the fields and put them in the bins and return pitchers and buckets to the catering container.
  • Inspect and close changing rooms.


Keys

  • The key ring with the key to the catering container, tent, changing rooms and material containers hangs in the key box at the bar.
  • The key to the sprinklers is in the key box at the bar.
  • The key for the trash bins is at the bar.


CANTEEN SERVICE INSTRUCTION

Manual (equipment) canteen

  • Behind the bar is a 'bible' which contains the most common procedures, such as flushing the coffee machine.


To do in general, during the day

  • Ranja is served free of charge and is always available after the matches.
  • Regularly walk around the tent and terrace to clear away empty cups and bottles and to check the toilets for cleanliness and the presence of toilet paper.
  • If necessary, replace garbage bags in the tent and along the terrace and fields.
  • Rule is that beer is only tapped after 16:00. Always ask for ID from youth. We are only allowed to serve alcohol above 18 years.
  • Smoking is allowed in the specially designed area. Behind the changing rooms are a few benches and buckets for the butts.
  • Check if there is enough injury ice. If not, please replenish. Tea towels for the ice are on the ice freezer. First aid supplies are also there.
  • NB. Bites and sweets are available from the vending machine.


To do list closing club

  • Clear away all trays/bottles/cups/found objects in the tent and on the terrace.
  • Tent and terrace swept clean.
  • Changing rooms and material containers locked.
  • Remove flags from the fields and place them in the cage.
  • Turn off field lighting (with the app).
  • Place the box with whistles on the refrigerator in the catering container.
  • Check that the refrigerated container is closed and sealed.
  • Check whether the Bravilor and extractor fan in the kitchen are off.
  • Lights off in the tent.
  • The following areas must be locked (keys are on the GHBS key ring)
  • Material containers;
  • Changing rooms toilets on the sides of changing room building G;
  • Catering container (shutters and both doors);
  • Tent (close tent canvas if applicable, lock emergency door from the inside and front door with key);
  • refrigerated container;
  • Dressing room building D;
  • Hang keys in key cabinet. Cabinet hangs to the left of the red door of dressing building D. Please mix up the numbers after hanging the keys.
